Business systems consulting

I find money your business is already losing — and build the systems that recover it.

I'm Brian Briggman. I help small business owners put AI to work on the unglamorous problems that actually cost money: unbilled hours, unenforced contract terms, stock that never makes it to the shelf, reports nobody has time to read.

Fixed price. Human-reviewed. You own everything I build. And I'll tell you what not to build — most of what's sold as "AI transformation" isn't worth your money, and part of my job is saying so.

How it works

Step 1

Free 20-minute walkthrough

Bring me one annoying weekly task. I'll tell you on the spot whether it's worth automating and what it would return.

Step 2

Assessment — $3,500 fixed, two weeks

I read your actual operations — SOPs, contracts, reports, the daily grind — and deliver a findings document, an Impact × Effort opportunity map, and a 90-day sequence. Half the fee is credited toward any implementation booked within 90 days.

Step 3

Implementation

Fixed hours, phase gates, working systems — not slide decks. Something running in your business at the end, owned by you.

About Brian

I've spent nearly 30 years in technology and leadership since graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point — building systems, mentoring teams, and helping owners cut through vendor noise.

Today I do one thing: help small businesses figure out where AI genuinely pays for itself, and then build it. Not chatbots for the sake of chatbots — small, human-supervised systems aimed at money you're already losing.

Working systems, not slide decks

The engagement ends with something running in your business, owned by you.

Discovery depth

I read your actual contracts, SOPs, and reports — that's where the money hides, and no automated "AI readiness scan" finds it.

A "do not build" list

Every assessment includes what I'd skip. If a $40 off-the-shelf tool solves it, that's the recommendation.

Bring me one annoying weekly task

The first conversation is a free 20-minute walkthrough — no pitch, no deck. Tell me about one recurring task that eats your team's time, and I'll tell you whether it's worth automating, roughly what that would cost, and what it would return.
